Espoir City

ESPOIR CITY, the City of Hope is a vast construction project for a city with all amenities.

Located to the east, 3 km from the National Road 3 (RN3) in the direction of Loumbila, the "City of Hope" wants to be respectful of the environment with an intelligent management of natural resources. It offers a wide range of housing on a 349 Ha site, including 150 Ha intended for the construction of social housing in partnership with the National Housing Construction Program (PNCL).

We work closely with technical partners such as the National Laboratory for Buildings and Public Works (LNBTP) to ensure national expertise on the quality of our works.

Infrastructure

The Kastor Africa group builds infrastructure for the benefit of the population of the countries where it is deployed. In all our housing projects, we plan, among other things, for water distribution systems and also autonomous energy systems to meet demand. We build facilities such as hospitals or health centers, learning centers and vocational training. Beyond all these achievements, we also plan to set up in a private sector – public sector partnership, larger facilities such as airports or sports and hotel complexes. Technological evolution is advancing rapidly, everything we do takes this aspect into account, which is why we use modern tools at the cutting edge of technology.
